Nivium does not provide avalanche forecasts, safety advice, or decision-making guidance. The information recorded or displayed in the app is for documentation purposes only and is not a substitute for avalanche training, operational protocols, or professional judgment.

User Responsibility

You acknowledge that all decisions made in the field are your sole responsibility. You assume all risks associated with snow travel, avalanche terrain, and environmental hazards.

No Warranty

Nivium is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data entered, processed, or displayed within the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nivium and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage.
